Sara J. Bennett, 79, of Bethlehem, died Oct.11, 2015, at Gracedale Nursing Home. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Anna (Connery) Diehl. She was the wife of the late George Bennett.

She is survived by five children: Eileen Kolbeck of Wisc., Mark of Va., Kathleen Wismer of Blakeslee, Steven of Easton and David of Nazareth; 10 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by three sisters, Joan Anicola, Marie Lilly and Margaret Saylor.
