Kenneth O. Beadle, 83, of Bethlehem, died Oct. 13, 2015, at Kirkland Village, Bethlehem. Born in Sunbury, he was a son of the late John Raydolph and Elsie (Kramer) Beadle. He was the husband of Wanda (Nalewak) Beadle for 60 years.
He was a 1950 graduate of Coal Township High School, Shamokin, and earned associate degrees in hydraulics and fire technology at Northampton Community College and in medical technology from the Franklin School of Science and Art, Philadelphia.
He was in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
He was a medical technician at Allentown Osteopathic Hospital and an assistant chemist at Neuweiler Brewery. He retired from the Bethlehem Fire Department in 1991 after 26 years of service.
He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Bethlehem.
He participated in many body builder competitions in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and New York. He placed fifth in the Natural Mr. America competition.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three nieces, Betty Sue Davidheiser, Jestine Troutman and Jan Yellets; and a nephew, Jon Beadle.
He was predeceased by a brother, John Beadle.
