Joyce E. Wink, 83, of Texas, formerly of New Tripoli, died Oct. 5, 2015.

She was the widow of Carl W. Wink.

Born in Lowhill Township, she was a daughter of the late Paul L. and Arlene (Christman) Hausman.

A sewing machine operator for various factories in the Lehigh Valley for 20 years, she retired in 1970.

She was a member of Weisenberg Lutheran Church, New Tripoli, where she sang with the choir for many years.

Her survivors include a daughter, Melinda, wife of Joseph Tedesco of Waxahachie, Texas; sister Marilyn Peters of Walnutport; brothers-in-law Larry and Ray Wink; grandchildren Carissa Tedesco Birdsall, Daniel Tedesco, Jenna Tedesco Fitzgerald; great-grandchildren; Ashton, Landon, and Ava Birdsall, Tara Tedesco, Cassender and Thaddeus Fitzgerald.

She was predeceased by sons, Vernon and Lee, and a brother, Vincent Hausman.
