Jose Juan Rivera Jr., 23, of Whitehall, died Oct. 6, 2015.

Born Dec. 6, 1991, in Allentown, he was the son of Jose J. Rivera Sr. of Allentown and the late Maribel Santa.

He was a forklift operator at Nestlé Waters North America, Breinigsville.

A 2010 graduate of the Whitehall-Coplay High School, he was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Allentown.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Ludin L. Santa, with whom he resided; brother Luciano Ramos of Wilkes-Barre, and sister Angelica M. Ramos of Whitehall.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Oct. 16, at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 336 N. 4th St., Allentown.

Family and friends may pay their respects 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday in Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville.

Burial will follow the Mass at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Whitehall.
