John M. Gilbert, 38, of Alburtis, died Oct. 6, 2015, in his home.

He was the husband of Christine L. (Frederick) Gilbert.

Born April 19, 1977, in Allentown, he was the son of Jeffrey G. and Carol L. (Beam) Gilbert of Whitehall.

A licensed practical nurse for Genesis Healthcare, Quakertown, he was an amateur radio enthusiast with call sign N3SQV.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a daughter, Paige M. at home; and brother James M. Gilbert of Allentown.
