Earl M. Zellner, 90, formerly of Slatington, died Oct. 10, 2015, in Fellowship Villa, Whitehall.
Born in Lynn Township, he was a son of the late Ralph and Mattie (Ebert) Zellner.
A retired lifelong farmer, he was also a self-employed machinist and heavy equipment operator.
He graduated from Northern Lehigh High School, Slatington, where he played football.
A lifeguard at the former Ontelaunee Park pool, New Tripoli, he loved square and round dancing, Whoppers at Burger King, and being outside taking care of his lawn.
He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Porter Lodge, in Catasauqua.
His survivors include sons Bruce E. and wife, Faye, of Slatington, Donald E. of Lehigh Township and companion Amy Ferraro; grandchildren Ryan and wife, Gloria, and Michael and wife, Krystal; great-grandchildren Jeremiah, Taylor and Luke; and nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Chester, and a sister, Grace Horn.
