Allentown Public Library, 1210 Hamilton St., Allentown, will present the mascot for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, meLVin, 2 p.m. Oct. 17.

He will greet library guests in the Children’s Department, sign autographs and have photos taken with his fans.
