The Congregational Care and the Health Ministry of Asbury United Methodist Church, 1533 Springhouse Road, South Whitehall Township, is offering a grief support group 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturdays until Oct. 24.
Anyone who has lost a loved one in the past year or suffered any kind of loss is welcome to come and support others as well as find support and growth through grief.
Sharing stories and experiences of loss with others who understand is the best way to find healing. The group will be led by the Rev. Dr. Glenn Asquith and Doris Farrar R.N.

Enjoy a spooky October afternoon 2 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Allentown Public Library, 1210 Hamilton St., Allentown.
Author and expert of the paranormal Charles J. Adams III will be the library’s guest, giving a bewitching presentation on “Ghosts, Legends, and Folklore of the Lehigh Valley.”
Adams has written such books as “Ghost Stories of the Lehigh Valley,” “Philadelphia Ghost Stories,” and “Ghost Stories of Berks County.”
No advance registration is required.
