Joseph L. Kibler Jr.from Breinigsville, died on Sept. 24, 2015, at home.

He was the husband of Diane (Hamm) Kibler.

Born in Albrightsville, he was the son of Pauline (Dotter) Kibler and the late Joseph W. Kibler.

He graduated in 1965 from the Jim Thorpe School District and then served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.

Before retiring in 2004, he worked for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission for 33 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Cynthia Hinkle and her husband, Daniel, of Breinigsville, Jeffrey Hamm and his wife, Sherrie (German), of Blandon, Michelle Smith and her husband, Joseph, of Kutztown and Jason Kibler at home; grandchildren Stephen and Felicia Hinkle, Joshua, Derek Hamm and Jessica Hamm, Trista, Hunter, Nicole and Tanjie Smith; great-granddaughters Madison and Adelina; sisters, his twin, Joanne McCoy and her husband, Charles, of Boonton, N.J., Donna Kibler of Lake Harmony, Anna Marie Kelchner and her husband, Glen, of Bear Creek; and brother-in-law Nevin Hamm and his wife, Dot.

His memorial service will be at a later date.
