Blake Sidleck, 16, of Boy Scout Troop 57, Neffs, completed more than 100 hours toward his Eagle Scout project, installing a 2-ton railroad stop on the caboose at the Ironton Rail Trail in Stiles. The project included rail tracks, dozens of bolts, shop work and the use of a crane. The railroad stop needed some TLC before it could be installed.
