Edmund Levendusky, D.D.S., F.A.G.D., 80, of Allentown, died Sept. 18, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
Born May 20, 1935, in Palmerton, he was the son of the late Michael and Angeline (Cinamella) Levendusky.
He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during a peacetime era.
A 1957 graduate of Muhlenberg College and a 1961 graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry, he owned a private dental practice in Allentown for 50 years before retiring in 2011.
His survivors include children Edmund T. and his wife, Mary, of Dillsburg, Steven M. of Allentown, and Lisa C. Lawlor and her husband, John, of Lower Gwynedd; sister Barbara Semmel of Montclair, N.J.; and five step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Sept. 24, in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville.
Family and friends may pay their respects 10-11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
Private interment at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Lehighton.
