The 2015 Lehigh Valley K9 Trials will be held 9 a.m. Sept. 27 at the SHS Stadium. The K9 Trials were initially held to raise money for the Kyle Pagerly Memorial Fund in honor of Kyle Pagerly, a K9 officer killed in the line of duty in June 2011. Since then, the money raised during the K9 Trials events was donated to the Kyle Pagerly Memorial Fund, The Fox Children’s Fund, The Robert Lasso Memorial Fund, the Wounded Warrior Fund and HOWL (Hounds on Working Leashes). This year, the money raised at this event will go to the scholarship fund being created to support police officers, their families and canine partners. Come out and support your local police officers at this special event.
