Bethlehem will be participating in the National Favorite Poem Project. All ages are invited to submit their favorite poem, in any language, by Sept. 25.
15 readers will be chosen to participate in a public reading at 7 p.m. Oct. 22 at the city hall rotunda, Payrow Plaza. Guests Teresa Donate, NCC professor; Winston Alozie, Boys and Girls Club of Bethlehem director; Josh Berk, BAPL director: Joseph Roy, Bethlehem Area School District superintendent; and Steve Samuelson, state representative will also read their favorite poetry at that time.
