Egypt Community Church is hosting a Fall Holiday Shop 10 a.m-3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 12. Vendors representing a number of companies will display their wares under one roof, and most will have cash and carry items available.

Lunch will be available for purchase, and there will also be a bake sale and raffle.

The church is located at 429 S. Church St., Whitehall.

At Shepherd of the Hills Church, the Sunday summertime schedule ended. On Sunday, Sept. 13, Sunday school will begin at 8:50 a.m. Children are asked to bring their school backpacks to the 10:15 a.m. worship service, when a Blessing of the Backpacks is planned. The after-worship fellowship hour will resume on as well.
