Police arrested Michael Belzner, 23, of East Garrison Street, on drug charges around 2:30 a.m. Aug. 29.

Officers report Belzner was observed in the 600 block of Center Street swaying on his feet and toppling over.

He was taken into custody for suspected public drunkenness and was found in the possession of unspecified methamphetamines.

Belzer is charged with public drunkenness and possession of controlled substances.
