George W. Horwath, 77, of Upper Saucon Township, died Sept. 3, 2015, at Valley Manor Nursing & Rehab Center, Coopersburg. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late George A. and Mary (Lata) Horwath. He was the husband of Arianne (Kressler) Horwath for 55 years.

He was a salesman at the former Bethlehem Steel for 30 years until retiring.

He was a member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Coopersburg.

He was a member of the Black Diamond Society of Model Engineers, Bethlehem.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children: Renee and her husband Richard Young of Center Valley, Wendy L. and her husband Sean Roberts of Souderton, and Brian K. and his wife Shannon of Macungie; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
