Ernestine A. Kehs

Ernestine A. Kehs, 87, of Bethlehem, died Aug.18, 2015, at Country Meadows, Bethlehem. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Olive (Reiff) Yerk. She was the wife of the late Leo J. Kehs.

She worked at several sewing factories and Durkee Foods for many years.

She was a member of Cathedral Church of the Nativity, Bethlehem.

She, along with her husband, was a league bowler at Jordan Lanes.

She is survived by two daughters, Lee J. and her husband Jeffery Treichler of Dover, Del., and Sherry Lee and her husband Donald Buchvalt of Bath; a granddaughter, Jaclyn and her husband Paul Stevens and their daughters, Savannah Rae and Serenity Grace; several half-sisters; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister, Eleanor Keiser; and an infant daughter, Sharon.
