Police arrested a man for DUI on West Third Street around 12:45 a.m. Aug. 3. Officers stopped the suspect’s vehicle for a moving violation and found the driver was operating his vehicle without his mandatory breath alcohol ignition interlock, and was driving while under the influence.

Billie Williams, 42, of Seneca Street, is charged with highest rate of alcohol, general impairment, illegally operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and driving roadways laned for traffic.
