In our Aug. 12 issue, we incorrectly reported that a pilot zoned trash hauling program in South Bethlehem had been stopped by city council.

According to Bethlehem Mayor Bob Donchez, the zoned hauling program will begin on a trial basis in South Bethlehem Oct. 5, but it was the proposed 5 a.m. start time that was defeated on a 3-3 vote. Pickup will remain starting at 6 a.m.
