NCC names Last as new HR director

Brett I. Last of Northampton has been named executive director of human resources at Northampton Community College.

He earned a bachelor of arts degree with honors from The College of New Jersey and a juris doctorate from Rutgers University of Law.

An human resources professional with experience in employee relations, talent management, HR compliance, performance management, organizational development, labor relations, benefits, and compensation, he was most recently executive director of human resources at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. He has worked in private practice as a labor attorney.
