A man with multiple warrants barricaded himself inside of the vacant Antonsanti Grocery Store on East Third Street at around 1:15 a.m. July 27. After police took him into custody, he was found in possession of a counterfeit substance. Officers found a firearm and marijuana inside the store as well as damage to the dry wall.
Emanuel Torres, 25, of Alaska Street, is charged with criminal trespassing, firearms without license, tampering with evidence, criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver drugs.
