Police arrested a man for DUI on West Third Street at around 12:45 a.m. Aug. 3. Officers stopped the vehicle for a moving violation when they found the driver was operating the vehicle without ignition interlock while driving under the influence.

Billie Williams, 42, of Seneca Street, is charged with highest rate of alcohol, general impairment, illegally operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and driving roadways laned for traffic.
