Robert H. McKinley, 91, of Whitehall, formerly of Schnecksville, died July 27, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the husband of the late Doris G. (Koneski) McKinley.

Born Feb. 17, 1924, in Bayonne, N.J., he was the son of the late Walter and Louise (Sellander) McKinley.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Signal Corps, participating in the Battle of the Bulge.

He was the manager of distribution, from 1962-89, at the former Hercules Cement Co., Stockertown.

He was a member of The First Presbyterian Church of Allentown.

His survivors include children Robin D. of Bethlehem, Craig C. and his wife, Connie, of O'Fallon, Ill.; fiancé Patricia Bendekovits of Whitehall; brother Walter G. of Keyport, N.J.; grandson, Christopher R. Forsythe of Allentown.
