William J. Barrett, 45, of Slatington, died July 22, 2015, in the VNA Hospice House at St. Luke's, Bethlehem.

Born June 4, 1970 in Bethlehem, he was the son of Barbara (Sax) Arnold and the late Reuben Arnold.

He and his wife, Elizabeth (Silberman) Barrett, were married for the past eight years.

He was a forklift operator at Orefield Cold Storage.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Billy Barrett; daughter Bethany Barrett, and a stepson DeeJay Covington, all at home; brothers Ronnie and wife, Mary, of Allentown, Michael and wife, Christine, of Levittown, and Cory, of Allentown; sisters Carol of Trexlertown, Becky, Suzie and Shirley, all of Allentown, and Mary of Paterson, N.J.
