South Whitehall Township Crime Watches and police department will be hosting its fifth annual National Night Out 5:30-8 p.m. Aug. 4 at Covered Bridge Park, River Road, South Whitehall.
This free event will take place rain or shine.
Participating businesses include National Sponsor Target, Cetronia Ambulance Corps, Parkland Library, Lehigh Valley Parent Support Group, Center for Humanistic Change, Simplex Grinnell, ADT Security Service, Crime Victims Council of the LV, Valley Youth House, Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole, GEO Group Reentry Center, A Girl and a Gun Women's Shooting League, Girly and a Gun Private Firearm Instruction, The Impact Project, Pocono Raceway Pace Car, Air Products, PPL Electric e-power Solutions and more.
Lehigh County Auto Theft and Insurance Fraud task forces will be offering FREE VINgraving.
VINgraving is the process of chemically etching a vehicle's unique Vehicle Identification Number onto all windows of the vehicle.
Service Electric Cable TV and Communications will present the Lehigh Valley Zoo 5:30-7:30 pm.
Everyone is invited to learn about and meet a few of the zoo's animals, including a very special guest.
