Police arrested a man for DUI around 2:45 a.m. July 18 after they found him passed out in the Broad Street Wawa parking lot with his vehicle running. Officers observed him on surveillance footage operating the vehicle.

Ezequiel Lozada-Cruz, 27, of Allentown is charged with general impairment.
