A free, open to the public, produce preservation series will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on July 18 and August 1 and 15 at the South Side branch of the Bethlehem Area Public Library, 400 Webster St.

The sessions will cover freezing, pickling and preservation techniques from Lehigh University students.
