Eric M. McDonald, 38, of Schnecksville, died on July 10, 2015.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of Robert S. and Barbara (Schantz) McDonald from Schnecksville.

A 1995 graduate of Parkland High School, he was an over-the-road trucker.

He honorably served his country in the Army.

His survivors include a daughter Bridgette Miller; son Harley McDonald; sisters Hope (Brad) DeLong and Ann (Andrew) Fegley; nieces Addison and Holly; grandparents Marvin and Blanche Schantz.

He was predeceased by grandparents Robert and Margaret McDonald.

His services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Contributions may be made to the funeral home to benefit his children's college educations.
