The long-awaited Hoover-Mason Trestle is finally open for public use. Once a railway for delivering coke to the blast furnaces, the city, local organizations and Boyle Construction converted it into pleasant walk path with an astonishing view. The $15.5 M project stretches 1,650 feet between ArtsQuest SteelStacks and the Sands Casino.
Visitors during a recent tour choose the great winding staircase or nearby elevator to reach the walkway.
