Rosalie F. Mellen, 77, of Coplay, died July 5, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She and her husband Donald P. Mellen were married 47 years on June 29.

Born June 19, 1938, in Washington Township, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Florence Hallman.

She was a secretary at Lehigh Carbon Community College, Schnecksville, for 15 years before retiring.

Prior to that, she worked in the purchasing department of the former Keystone Lamp Factory, Slatington.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by children, Scott J. and his wife, Cindy, of Schnecksville, Vicki Chung and her husband, James, of Fort Belvoir, Va.; and grandson, James S. Mellen.

Her service will be private, at the convenience of the family.

There will be no calling hours.
