Large crowds turned out at SteelStacks for the USA Women's World Cup game against China on June 26. The USA beat China 1-0 to earn a semifinal berth against Germany June 30. The other semifinal game is defending champion Japan against England on Wednesday, July 1, at 7 p.m. The World Cup final is scheduled for Sunday, July 5, in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada at 7 p.m. Top photo - young soccer players from Deep Run Valley Soccer near Hilltown celebrate USA's 1-0 win against China with big smiles and an American flag.
