Stephen Edward Minninger, 87, of Slatington, formerly of Ocala, Fla., died June 18, 2015, at his recreation home in Waldheim Park, Salisbury Township.

Born June 21, 1927, in Limeport, he was the son of the late Lloyd S. and Elizabeth (Fichter) Minninger.

He was the husband of the late Florine (Mohn) Minninger.

A change-over inspector for Mack Trucks Inc., Allentown, for 31 years, he retired in 1987, and moved to Ocala.

He served his country in the Navy during World War II.

His survivors include a son Thomas of Atlanta, Ga.; daughter Susan, wife of William Rauch, of Slatington; and granddaughters Ellen, Emily and Erica.

He was predeceased by a brother, William.
