Mabel E. Herman, 66, of Slatington, died June 19, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She and her husband Robert A. Herman Sr. were married 45 years last April 18.

Born March 20, 1949, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Myrtle (Raddr) Steinmetz.

She was employed at Computer Designs, Coplay, for 15 years before retiring

Prior to that, she worked at Jaindl Farms Inc., Orefield, for 20 years.

She was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ, Slatington.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by a son, Robert A. Jr. and his wife, Rebecca, of Las Vegas, Nev.; siblings Nadine, Jackie, Royetta and Delroy.
