Betty M. Sterner, 91, of Macungie, died May 28, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of the late Russell K. Sterner. Born in Macungie, she was the daughter of the late Raymond H. and Verna E. (Mack) Seislove.

She worked for the former REMS Company and for Rodale, Emmaus, for 42 years, retiring in 1997.

She was a member of The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Emmaus.

She was a member of the Lower Macungie Senior Citizens and past secretary for Upper Milford Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by daughters, Sandy and her husband William Schultz, of Scottsdale, Ariz., Brenda, wife of the late Steve Welling, of Marblehead, Mass. and Debra Padrone, of Macungie; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
