Three on ballot for S. Whitehall board

Three candidates were listed on the Republican ballot for their party's nomination in Tuesday's primary for the South Whitehall Board of Commissioners.

There are three, four-year terms open on the board.

Incumbent Glenn Block garnered an unofficial 677 votes, according to the Lehigh County Voter Registration Office.

Fellow incumbent David Bond received an unofficial 605 votes.

Matt Mulqueen was seeking to fill the position of Dale Daubert, who chose not to run for re-election.

He brought in an unofficial 651 votes.

The names of the three men will appear on the Nov. 3 Municipal Election Republican ticket.

There were no candidates on the Democrat ticket.
