And the Freddy nominees are...

Parkland High School has received 15 nominations for the 2015 Freddy Awards for its production of "Into the Woods," a fairy-tale musical fantasy.

The nominations include:

·Outstanding Performance by an Orchestra;

·Outstanding Use of Scenery;

·Outstanding Use of Costumes;

·Outstanding Performance by a Male Ensemble Member

Jacob Stahl as Cinderella's Prince and Wolf;

·Outstanding Use of Lighting;

·Outstanding Chorus;

·Outstanding Small Ensemble Performance

Jacob Stahl, Josiah Smith "Agony";

Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role

Hannah Hakim as Little Red Ridinghood;

·Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role

Reese Diaz as Jack;

·Outstanding Featured Performance by an Actress

Abby Kern as The Witch;

Megan Schmidt as Cinderella;

·Outstanding Production Number

"Prologue: Into The Woods";

·Outstanding Stage Crew

In honor of Capt. Christopher Seifert;

·Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role

Victoria Bartkavage as Baker's Wife; and

·Outstanding Overall Production of a Musical.

The awards will be broadcast live on WFMZ Channel 69 at 7 p.m. on May 21 from the State Theatre, Easton.
