The sixth annual Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival will be held May 29 through May 31 at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center. from Friday, May 29 to Sunday, May 31. Proceeds benefit the Northampton Community College Foundation.

There will be a chef demonstration from 2 to 3:30 p.m. May 29, featuring Emeril's Homebase Chef Chris Wilson, assisted by The Bayou's Chef Tyler Baxter. The Grand Tasting, featuring 25 restaurants, will be held from noon to 4 p.m. May 30 and 31 with live music by the Craig Thatcher Band on Saturday and the Maybabies on Sunday. Chef demos, wine seminars and champagne and spirits tastings will also be available each day.
