Police arrested two men who allegedly robbed a person at an unspecified location around around 8 p.m. May 2.

Police did not state if the men were armed, but they took from their victim $80 in cash, a mobile phone and a pack of cigarettes.

Victor Feliciano, 29, of East Fifth Street, is charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and drug possession crimes.]Timothy Carnes, 58, of Wyandotte Street, is charged with robbery, theft and possessing instruments of crime.
