Two men were reported allegedly entering a garage on East Fourth Street and leaving with unspecified items. Police located the men, who fled on food when approached. One man was apprehended.

Lucas Hernandez, 41, of East Third Street, is charged with burglary, theft, and receiving stolen property. He was committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Hernandez's accomplice is still at large.
