Alex David Huber, 21, from Germansville, died on April 25, 2015, in Albany Township, Berks County, from a motor vehicle accident.

Born June 5, 1993, in Allentown, he was the son of H. Kevin and Lisa A. (Betz) Huber, with whom he resided.

A 2011 graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School, he was a laborer and equipment operator for Heidelberg Township for the last three years. He was a member of Heidelberg Fish and Game Association.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother Joshua M. and his companion, Alyssa M. Dietrich, of Germansville; maternal grandparents Barry C. and Carol A. (DeLong) Betz of Orefield; paternal grandmother Dianne M. (DeLong) Huber of Germansville; paternal great-grandfather Kermit E. DeLong Sr. of New Tripoli; and beloved dog, Diesel.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, H. David Huber, who died in 2014.

His memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. May 1, in Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Kenneth B. Kalisz officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
