Bethlehem Catholic and Freedom High Schools split victories in last week's track meet when Becahi's girls defeated Freedom 77-64, and Freedom's boys defeated Becahi 82-63.
First place winners for Becahi's girls were Dana Neupauer in the 200 meter dash in 26.9 and Jordan Young in the 100 hurdles in 16.6.
Neupauer, Nicole Lacherza, Katie Altpeter, and Mikayla Roach won the 4x1 relay in 52.4, and Samantha Kaeser, Lauren Bunke, Megan Friend, and Olivia Debellis won the 4x8 relay in 11:04.
Young also won the high jump with a measurement of 4-07.00. Rachel Tanczos was also a double event winner in the long jump with a distance of 16-02.00 and the triple jump with a distance of 33-03.00.
Katie Roszyk won the pole vault with a height of 7-06.00, and Tessa Zamolyi placed first in the javelin with a distance of 103-10.
First place winners for Freedom's boys were Will Alpaugh in the 800 meter run in 2:05 and the 1600 meter run in 4:38. Isaac Gross won the 3200 meter run in 10:48.
Juwan Northington, Roberto Diez, Jonathan Gil, and Raheim Adams placed first in the 4x1 relay in 46.8, and Evan Stark, Shawn Camus, Trevor Watlington, and Alpaugh took first place in the 4x8 in 9:26.
Nasir Hicks won the high jump with a measurement of 5-05 and the pole vault with a height of 8-03. Diez placed first in the long jump with a distance of 20-03.50, and James Dailey won the javelin with a distance of 104-05.
