Renee E. Bachman, 65, of New Tripoli, died April 12, 2015, surrounded by her loving family, in her home.

She and her husband Larry L. Bachman were married 43 years.

Born April 6, 1950, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Willard B. and Myrl L. (Long) Hamm.

A graduate of Brandywine College, now Widener University, she earned an associate degree.

She was an accounting technician for the public accounting firm of Miller, Bahr and Wills P.C., Allentown, for 10 years before retiring in 2012.

A member of The Bridge Church, Hamburg, she was an active participant in the Women's Prayer Group and Prayer Shawl Ministry.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her son, Brian A. and his wife, Jennifer, of New Tripoli; sister, Kathleen H. Jones of South Berwick, Maine; brother Larry G. Hamm and his wife, Susan, of Caves Creek, Ariz.; and grandchildren, Emma, Benjamin, Ayana Bachman, and Sophia Armato.

Her funeral services will be 11 a.m. April 16, at The Bridge Church, 3561 Old Route 22, Hamburg, with Pastor Mark S. Caston officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday in the church.

Interment will follow the service at St. Peter's Union Cemetery, New Tripoli.
