The Concerned East Penn Taxpayers Association will host its "State of the Lehigh County" event April 21 in Emmaus.

Lehigh County Commissioners Amanda Holt, Vic Mazziotti, Brad Osborne and Mike Schware be the featured presenters at the meeting to be held at Fire Company #1 at the corner of Sixth and Broad streets, Emmaus. The meeting will be 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be available.

The commissioners are expected to discuss upcoming capital projects and the 2016 budget proposal.
