Responding to a reported vehicle accident on East Third Street near Loopers Grille around 3:45 a.m. April 7, police allege the driver was under the influence of alcohol.

Police said Ian Salvage-Jezick, 22, of Fountain Hill, crashed his car and admitted to being the sole occupant. During a search, officers found he was also in possession of a small amount of marijuana and cocaine.

Salvage-Jezick is charged with DUI, possession, and driving infractions.
