The Auxiliary of Northern Valley EMS, NOVA, will have its annual bazaar with theme baskets from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on April 11.

The event features lunch, baked goods, attic treasures and theme baskets.

Drawing for the baskets will be at 2 p.m. and for the raffle ticket prizes at 3 p.m.

Vendors will be present with collectibles, clothing, household items, books, toys and more.

Friends of the Parkland Community Library are hosting a Spanish Fiesta at Morgan's Restaurant 6-9 p.m. April 29.

The event is part of the international flavors series begun some time ago by the group.

Guests can choose from Spanish Paella, Viva Madrid Spanish chicken or Spanish spaghetti for their entree.

The meal also includes salad, dessert and beverages. Registration deadline is April 20.

The Women's Cafe' group of Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, is hosting a garden getaway retreat 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 11.

The event includes worship, Bible study and time for laughter as well as quiet reflection.
