Mary Ellen "Joey" Clarke, 73, formerly of Fullerton, died peacefully March 30, 2015, in Nazareth.

Born in Whitehall, she was a daughter of Ellen C. (Tognoli) Drajic of Allentown and the late John DiProperzio.

A 1960 graduate of Whitehall High School, she trained service and police dogs.

Earlier in life, she worked in security for the former Merchants Bank, and was a seamstress at Gino and Jack, Bath.

She was a dedicated volunteer for the Community Exchange at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Good Shepherd, both in Allentown, and the Association for the Visually Impaired, Bethlehem.

Contributions may be made to the Association for Visually Impaired and Blindness, 260 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018.
