Police arrested a 45-year-old man after he ran a red light on West Third Street around 2 a.m. March 28.

According to police, Brian Townsell of Main Street in Stroudsburg was found to be intoxicated behind the wheel.

Townsell is charged with DUI, traffic signals and lack of insurance.

At nearly the same time on West Third Street officers pulled over 24-year-old Susan Romano for driving without her headlights enabled.

Romano, of Lone Cedar Drive in Easton, is charged with DUI and required head lamps.

Not an hour later, Wilfredo Corona, 23, of West Ettwein Street, was found passed out at the wheel in the Wyandotte Street McDonald's drive through. He is charged with DUI and trespassing.

At the same time, Jessica Daniel, 19, of Summerset, N.J. was pulled over for lack of headlights on Fourth Avenue and also charged with DUI.
