Volunteer Opportunities
·Habitat for Humanity, needs outgoing, friendly individuals, ages 15 and over, to assist on the sales floor and donation center at the ReStore. Volunteers are needed from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. or 2-6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Ideally, the volunteer will commit to a time once per week.

·Mary's Shelter Cay Galgon Center, Bethlehem, is looking for volunteers, ages 16 and over, to babysit while mothers go back to school, work until their day care has been approved or the babies are older than 6 weeks old. Individuals working directly with the young women and babies need criminal and child abuse clearances.

·Special Olympics, Bethlehem, seeks experienced gymnastics volunteers for one hour Thursday evenings. Special Olympics is a year-round program holding sport competitions and trainings throughout the year. Everyone is a volunteer and there is never a charge for athletes to participate. Practices are held at Parkettes, Allentown.

·Teach Rwanda, Easton, is seeking board members who have an interest or background in nonprofit tax preparation, fundraising, marketing, finances or law. The organization educates Rwandan teachers using international best practices and supplies learning materials for classrooms in Rwanda. Anyone with high energy and great ideas to help move the organization forward is welcome.
