The Bertsch-Hokendauqua-Catasauqua Watershed Association second scholarship contest for all college bound high school seniors.

Applicants must be residents of the watershed boundaries of Catasauqua, Northampton, Lehigh, Moore, Allen, East Allen and other areas.
