The Philadelphia Flower Show is still going on through March 8.

However, if you don't want to trek all the way to Philadelphia, you are in luck since the Lehigh Valley Flower, Garden & Pool Show is coming to the Allentown Fairgrounds March 13-15.

The garden and floral displays are always beautiful sights to see at this show, especially while we are still experiencing cold winter temperatures.

The hours for the show are Friday, March 13, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; Saturday, March 14, from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Sunday, March 15, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

There is an admission charge.

Come to the show and enjoy a taste of spring!

Remember to turn your clocks ahead one hour this Saturday before going to bed. Sunday marks the beginning of Daylight Savings Time.

Stiles residents, remember the Stiles Playground Association will hold its 2015 egg hunt Sunday, March 22, at 1 p.m. at the playground.

Children should bring their own bag or basket in which to collect eggs.

Membership is required for participation in the egg hunt, but you can sign up for membership the day of the hunt.
